1 /5 Christian Foland: If your wanting a cheap enough accountant then you found it. As long as you dont mind an accountant who you have to constantly repeating simple instructions to, constantly not get simple instructions correct, slow unreliable and inconsistent service, and a socially awkward account, then you have found the perfect man. The only thing I would willing give them more then half a star rating on is his ability to search and answer random questions that we couldnt find the answer ourselves. Out side of having him look up info for us he was hands down an underperformed and screwed up in every aspect of every task we have given him over the course of the past 6 years we have had him as our company accountant. If you can afford literally any body else or figure out your own taxes I highly recommend doing so even if youre barely able to make a profit at the end of the day.

You could have followed the instructions I gave you one of the three times I emailed them to you a month in advance. You literally gave us the exact same experience with everything you did. It was constantly wrong billing codes, incorrect invoice formatting, incorrect billing procedures, etc. the list goes on and on. How about instead of making excuses and trying to dodge the blame, you just follow simple directions and get it right the first time and not wait around two weeks to fix your mistakes. I literally emailed you a month in advance with just a simple address change and gave you the correct address three times before you sent out any W-2s and you still got it wrong and I had to give you the correct address for a fourth time. Then you took two weeks to admit you sent it to the wrong address and finally sent it to the correct address i gave a month in advance. Like come on man you completely screwed up literally every task we gave you and we had to have you redo count invoices, payrolls, check stubs, billing codes, W-2s, literally everything. Yea you are competent enough to know how to do everything, yet you some how kept getting nearly everything wrong and count follow and proper procedure for any of the task we gave you. I mean seriously the simplest of all task you screwed up, like how hard is it to send a piece of paper to the correct address after given the address multiple times in advance.
