3 /5 Carolyn Hunter Patterson: Michelle talked tough with vulgar language but had little action. Office help and paralegal was helpful, returning my calls in a timely manner. My simple case went on for over 2 yrs. I dont recommend unless you have a lot of time and money.

However, if you need an attorney that will communicate with you, as in, return a phone call at least once in 10-12 tries over a two week period, she is not a good choice. I’ve never experienced such poor communication in any line of business in my life.

5 /5 Rachel Helton: My husband and I hired Michelle for a child custody/Child support case and she has put forth 100% effort to fight for us and even be there for me emotionally. Her entire staff treats you as though your case is of the utmost importance. She will be honest with you, she does not sugar coat or beat around the bush, she is straight forward and that’s what makes a good attorney. It is obvious that she takes her job personally and seriously. This has been a traumatic experience but having Michelle as my attorney made this process as easy as it could be.
