    MK2 Trucking LLC DISPATCH: We made an 11am appointment with this branch. The branch manager didnt even greet us and the only other banker available finished with a client and took another one before us. Its 11:23am and were still waiting. Why schedule an appointment if its walk in only. Ridiculous customer service.

    Kristin Keller: They did my taxes for 2018 and I still have not got my refund!!! They do not believe in customer service and after calling for months asking what was going on with my taxes I went into the office only to find they had never even looked at my file until I arrived. They had multiple mistakes which I had to address multiple times and it is now 2020 and I still have not received my refund!!!
