1 /5 Terra Stone: 2 Amazon packages said delivered today at 6:31 pm. One said left by front door or porch. Not at either location or down the ramp where they are too lazy to bring to the door. The ramp isnt always used. Walked out to the mailbox and not only were there no packages but no mail, that was supposed to be delivered today, that was shown in my email notice. I had to drive to the post office mid June to have the mail lady drive back to the post office, because there was a sorry we missed you note on the door. Funny, because we were home all day and no one knocked, it was Express Scripts that was much needed medicine. Her excuse was no vehicle was there. I informed her that all 3 vehicles were there because we were home! Who is going to fix this issue that is on going!

1 /5 Robert Lane: Deliveries are becoming horrendous in Ellabell area. The USPS person delivering Amazon packages leaves the packages on the front lawn. To lazy to walk them to the carport. They want to turn around at my carport and I cant risk them damaging my property. The Supervisor told my wife she has no control of her employees assigned to the Amazon package delivery service. What a lame excuse for a supervisor of that site. The Ebay packages are hit and miss, if I get them to the house. Seems there is one driver doesnt like delivering this route, as a substitute. She needs to be fired. I am making a package to send to Buddy Carter to get an investigation started on this Pembroke GA office and lack of management.

1 /5 Janette Partiss: This post office mail carriers have stolen a package I was expecting delivery of that had Christmas gifts for my family. They will not do anything or even make it right. They are Liers and Theifs at this post office. I was not able to get a refund as they suggested as it was a final sale of a company closing. So the postal carrier that stole it had several great gifts to give to so n eone or their family thar they did not pay for but stole from a person that is suppose to put trust in the USPS which is a Joke. They need to get trust worthy people to work there. Or hold the people there responsible. The Main USPS really needs to look into this Post Office. There is major theft from their employees and not having anyone held responsible there is just telling the publix they can get away with anything. I went 3 days in a row to pick up packages to make sure I got mine. Which is a 17 mile one wY trip. Which I shouldnt have to. After reading all the negative reviews they need to do something at this post office.

1 /5 Amber Johnson: Our mail carrier has stolen several pieces of our mail. Most recently my newborn daughters social security card was stolen. When I went to the office to speak with them about this, the woman told me I was wrong. After explaining this was on the first time, she dismissed my concerns. To add, their phone number does not work. Edit to add: this mail carrier came to my door, 5 days after the social security card was supposed to be delivered and caught a major attitude with me at my own home for reporting her. I will be returning to the store to file an official complaint, and will be reporting her to the main USPS number on Monday. She must not have realized my cameras record and caught her nastiness towards me. Nice try lady!!!

1 /5 Lisa Ertzberger: I have problems with my carrier. Ive watched her take packages to the door next door yet I get a slip telling me to pickup at the post office. Once my package was left outside on the boat. I constantly have other peoples mail here. Now I have a message that my mail was delivered at 12:12 pm on Friday. Nope. My flag has been up 2 days with no deliveries
