    lisa calmes: Absolutely love this location!! Ive tried many other gyms and none of them have the dedicated staff like MaxOut. I went to the Mcdonough location and was blown away with how nice the staff was. The gym was clean, and my granddaughters had a great time with the coach. An amazing place, cant say enough about it!!!

Once I retired, I had the time to invest in myself again. I was thrilled to find the same welcoming atmosphere, even more excellent instructors, with classes that challenge and inspire. And of course, the owner, Grace, still runs the best studio i have ever found! There are classes for all fitness levels that are challenging as well as fun. Grace continually trains her instructors so that the experience for every class and every student feels personal. You are never judged by your looks, your attire, your abilities...just welcomed by all! If you are looking for a variety of fitness classes in a warm and safe atmosphere, where you can work hard while laughing and developing friends, this the place for you!

    Ruma Momin: Truly a disappointing experience, bought a groupon and she charged an additional $99 for a "consultuation" that was not mentioned on the groupon. Furthermore, she was running in and out of the treatment room treating other patients during all 3 of my visits. Extremly unprofessional and not hygenic at all - it is filthy in there. Do not recommend it at all- go elsewhere!

    Stephanie Richards: Weve only been to two classes, but so far were very pleased. My 9yo daughter has made more progress in two classes than she did in a year at another gym. I like the way their program focuses on proficiency. Meaning theres plenty of attention given to ensure proper positioning etc.

    Anonymous Schroth: Very sweet yoga community. Their classes are very grounding and restorative, mainly focused on stretching. There is a mat Pilates class which is a focused series ie. back, hips and may be a little more challenging.
