1 /5 myeriana russell: Opened an account with them and received my debit card but never received my instructions in the mail to set up my pin. I went to the drive through in Butler ga to withdraw money from my account and sat their for 20 minutes when someone finally answered they told me I couldn’t withdraw money without ordering a withdraw slip (never heard of that in my life). went to the bbt in fort valley and Warner Robins and was able to withdraw my money just fine even set up my pin at the window. Horrible service
