1 /5 William Struck: I hope no one tries to call this branch and speak with a person about anything important. They do not and will not answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Do not bank here.

1 /5 Travis Cordell: This is the worst bank ever. If you deposit cash is not available until the next day and everything pending goes thru before it. So there for you can acquire overdraft fees. I banked with SunTrust Bank for years and never had this. Cash is and should be always available instantly regardless of how its deposited. Im going back to SunTrust. This bank is way behind all other banks I have spoke with also

1 /5 Brandon Kleimann: I wanted to add my wife to my bank account. I was told I could come through the drive through when I had called to check. They said I had to talk with one single individual waited for 1.5 hours, nothing. Called her number, no call backs over 1 week later.
