Truist - Dalton (GA)

2 /5 Tim Whitfield: Truist has the lowest Money Market, CD and Savings account rates in the industry. I was with BB&T for 25 years but Truist provides such a poor experience, I had no choice but to change. They simply dont care what your experience is. From a branch that discriminates against customers to just a lack of customer care, do yourself a favor and bank with someone that appreciates it. For most, you will not be happy here.

5 /5 Linda Allen: I had a fraudulent suspicious transaction on my bank account. I went to this branch and Gavin stepped in and helped me. He’s very professional and kind. He’s helped me as if I were his friend. I would recommend Truist Bank especially this branch to everyone.

1 /5 Ian Swafford: I’ve been doing business here for 20 years since I got my first job. I had an issue had to be escalated under my own initiative because the branch manager had no obligation to reach out to me but plenty of excuses for why it took a month and a half to follow up with me when pressed. The teller staff are some of the best in the business but the leadership has left me with a lack of desire to continue business. When considering opening a CD I strongly recommend going with Georgia United credit union for some of the best rates in the business and will make you feel like you do not have to make an immediate on the spot decision if you feel like it. The online banking platform is user-friendly. As a teenager beginning my own accounts, Elsa has been super helpful and I always look for her if I have any questions. Truist and Elsa have made managing my finances a breeze. I highly recommend Truist for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient banking experience!

1 /5 gulshan dhanani: Bad Experience. First time I went to this branch for business deposit and I was the 1st person in line. Still had to wait 20mins and God knows for how long cuz after that I had to leave as they prefer other client to be serviced first on the side desk.
