5 /5 Mccallum Kelly: Best jewelry store experience Ive ever had. Stacy was my jewelry expert/sales lady, who went above and beyond. All started when I came in to get my wifes grandmothers ring repaired. Stacy took along time going over ideas and possibilities with the ring. They ordered some new opals for me to pick from. The ring took 2ish weeks and I could not be happier. My wife is very happy and her mother is happy.

This specific location is horrible the customer service was a 0/10 the SA name Christe was not helpful at all usually when I am building a bracelet they help me out with recommendations she was very nonchalant and not pleasant at all like did not want to help any way She gave very much prejudice towards my race. I will never shop this location again!
