Sheila Kiley: If I could give negative stars I would. I have dealt with different people in the past with loans and they have been very nice and helpful. This time I dealt with Kristi and it was an absolute joke. She told me I could renew my loan and not have a payment until August but that was a lie first payment is due in July!!! She tells me that she has tried to call me and I left voicemails also a lie because I have zero missed calls and zero voicemails from her or anyone else at Regional Finance. I will get this loan paid off and NEVER deal with them again because I donā€™t want to do business with liars!!! I have the email about the payment being due in August and it does NOT say that itā€™s an option if thatā€™s what I want to do. Please do not use this company. Please please go somewhere else!!!
