2 /5 Angel Stephenson: If you plan on going to get insurance I highly do not recommend this office. I have only been a poly holder through them for a short amount of time however everything started out great. Then when I had to add another person, they lied to me and said I could not add them. Not only that but for WEEKS now I have been calling their office and no one has answered the phone. I even called at different times of the day and on different days of the work week. Not one phone call back. After messages and phone calls, I even emailed multiple times and did not get a response back. I have since changed offices. If you want good insurance, try another office.

1 /5 Joe S: State farm used to be such a great company. I had them for decades. They have sadly fallen far from their former glory and the local agencies, this one in particular are next to useless when it comes to actually helping customers. Do yourself a favor, dont show any loyalty to these companies as they have long stopped showing any loyalty to any of their customers. Shop around, find the best deal it will never be from State Farm.
