The associate explained the process in detail being this was my first time filing a suit against a company. She answered my questions no matter how many times I asked the same ones. They provided a treatment facility that was close to me and even offered a ride share option if I wasnt able to get to my appointments. They also made sure my mental health was taken care of and I was FULLY recovered from my experience. But more important was the knowledge and skill displayed in getting my case handled for the max. Even when there was an issue, the head of the firm promptly contacted me directly. And instead of blaming others and making excuses, she understood my concerns and literally stopped her other work and jumped on mine personally until it was resolved THE SAME DAY!
