Imya Bailey: If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I was given a car in poor condition, and after trading it in, the replacement car engine blew out shortly after getting it. Do they not inspect their vehicles before handing them over to customers? I’m extremely upset. To make matters worse, every time I call to speak with the owner, I’m told he’s not available. This experience has been beyond frustrating.
