3 /5 Pat Z: I think Jeff did the best he could but he got some information wrong when defending my grandson. First, we were told my grandson would be at Jackson for 5-6 weeks. Hes been there 12 weeks. He also told our family we would have no communication while he was there. We have had dozens of phone calls and e-mails from him. We sent letters and cards also to help him get thru this difficult time. I think Jeff should update his info for future clients.
