The only reason we came to Americus instead of going to Albany was to be able to print important documents here… showed up around 230PM on a Tuesday when they were SUPPOSED to be open only to find them closed and to be told they will be in for an appointment around 245PM. If you’re an appointment only business than mark yourself as such.

1 /5 Tiffany Somereville: Doesn’t answer the phone when you call, wasn’t open during posted business hours, and has the door locked with a Ring doorbell you push that no one responds to. Incredibly unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

5 /5 Anna Cortez-Richardson: Very helpful and friendly. Despite having issues with the system (through no fault of theirs) I got everything I needed done. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend using The Document Firm for all your shipping and printing needs.

1 /5 Benji Varnum: Was not open when advertised. Went by and no one was in the store. Pressed the bell for service and no one every answered. Hard to spend money locally when no one is there. Had to travel to Albany to get papers notarized and sent off at the UPS Store.

I went in for a print and fax one evening last week and A nice young lady informed me that they were not opened for business until mid October but she still serviced me with excellent customer service anyway!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR PRINT AND MAIL SERVICES!!!
