  • CORE Credit Union - Brooklet Branch - Brooklet
Matt: Not sure what is going on at the brooklet branch. They keep on replacing good workers with completely useless new people. They got one woman there doing all the work, and shes been there for over a year and shes great, but those other 2 new ladies just sit there and watch the regular lady do all the work. Honestly, if you can get to another bank, you should cuz youll get way better service there.

    1st Franklin Financial - Pooler
Richard Francis: I have been using 1st Franklin for years now and have always been pleased with them. But ever since Cayla Surrett became manager it has really increased in hospitality and taking the extra steps to make sure they can help you best. I will and highly recommend 1st Franklin especially the Pooler location. Tell them Rick sent you!!!
Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Brian C Mimbs, CFP® - Richmond Hill
Mallory Capps: Brian is down to earth, easy to work with, and explains things well for those that are not financially literate. He gave us many options for our financial situation. We appreciate Doreen, his office administrator, who is always on it- thank you both!
Michael Allen - COUNTRY Financial Agent - Richmond Hill
Sue Fowler: Cant say enough good things about Michael Allen! Hes very patient and kind and was available to answer any questions I had in transferring my coverage to Country Financial. He was able to write a policy with more coverage for a better price! Thank you, Michael!
Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor Elliott Marsh, Jr. - Statesboro
    Synovus Bank - Statesboro
M&E Kennel: I wish I could give them zero stars but I just heard about the outage thing going on and my deposit wasn’t showing up so I went up there and explained to the lady on the right (soon as you walk in) the situation and she just act like I didn’t know what I was talking about and obviously she didn’t care because it wasn’t her money so she told me everything I needed to know it’s just the attitude she had and the way she acted like I was delusional when it’s all over twitter rn. I will be switching banks ASAP.
    Synovus Bank - Statesboro
Peter Strub: Excellent customer service from bank representatives. Genuinely friendly and professional staff, regardless of location. Moriah is exceptional, engaging, very knowledgeable and efficient. She helped us set up our accounts and whenever present, has natural and personal greeting. Very pleased.
    loanDepot - Statesboro
Amanda & Trenton Bragg: My husband used you guys for a home loan. Rob Fair said that he can get us approved through USDA. We told Rob from the beginning about our 2018 taxes he ignored everything we told him. Rob treated our loan as if didnt matter. He lied to us he wouldnt respond to our emails and calls. He knew from day one when we had to turn in our documents that we could not get the USDA loan. After 3 weeks of not knowing whats going on and a week before our closing date we found out we had to go and file our taxes. Mind you we told him from day 1 about the taxes he continue to say we were okay. We got the taxes filed. We sent in everything that was asked of us at that time. Denise Neal kept saying she didnt receive documents that we know we had already sent to her. It got to the point were Aaron Lagnes had to step in. Rob would not speak with my husband he would not talk with him and Denise kept lieing to us as well. The point is from day one if Rob would have paid attention to our documents and the things we were telling him we would have been prepared to go FHA. Rob let us pay money knowing we wasnt going to qualify for the loan. Rob also told me not to go back to work because it would mess us up with the USDA loan. Loandepot made this a horrible experience. Aaron tried to save us but it wasnt no way. Its not that we are mad because we had to go FHA. Its the fact that had Rob treated our loan like he cared about it we would have known way before our closing date what we needed to do. Denise Neal lied on us stating she had ask us for a particular document 3 times and that was a lie. This whole experience was stressful and hurtful. We lost money that we couldnt afford to lose simply because Rob Fair didnt do his job. From the start of this we got ran around and treated as if we didnt matter. Loan depot isnt a good mortgage company to work with. When they knew they couldnt do the USDA loan. I would not recommend anyone to them especially an interracial couple. Losing money hurts but not getting this house we wanted hurts even more. They never bothered to help us with getting our money back either. We lost $1000 because of Rob Fair not doing his job correctly. Denise Neal lied as well. And if I could have written this review without putting a star I would have because yall dont even deserve a star. Sincerely, The Braggs
