Ive been banking with Citizens for a little over 2 years and Ive never had a problem, and at my local branch in Preston all I have to do is drive up and they know what to do.I also like the app, its easy to use and you have the ability to send secure messages to customer service and they usually get right back to you. Ive also been advised that in a couple of weeks Zelle will be up and running right in the mobile app, this is great as I will no longer have to use the Zelle app. if I could give 6 stars I would. Keep up the good work.

    Danny Wilkenson: Was told if i called and let the bank know what was going on they would work with me on overdraft fees because I had to quarantine. Was still charged until i said I would just close the account. April then told me if my direct deposit would still be set up Friday they would wave the fee (Apparently making sure i couldnt avoid them taking the money) After letting her know my car insurance would try again automatically it was pushed through so i could be charged again. Never worked with me. 10/10 dont recommend
