3 /5 Sherry Coleman: I would just like to say that Samantha and Shambricka are the most professional people at this location I have ever meet. They treat all people with the utmost respect. As for the manager of this location she is not very customer friendly. She does not go above to try an assist potential customers. She doesnt communicate and very standoffish. As a manager one would think she would be more ppl friendly and more professional but I guess its just a job for her. As for Shambricka and Samantha please keep up the great work. Its because of people like you that makes people want to do business with you all.

Sheila Kiley: If I could give negative stars I would. I have dealt with different people in the past with loans and they have been very nice and helpful. This time I dealt with Kristi and it was an absolute joke. She told me I could renew my loan and not have a payment until August but that was a lie first payment is due in July!!! She tells me that she has tried to call me and I left voicemails also a lie because I have zero missed calls and zero voicemails from her or anyone else at Regional Finance. I will get this loan paid off and NEVER deal with them again because I don’t want to do business with liars!!! I have the email about the payment being due in August and it does NOT say that it’s an option if that’s what I want to do. Please do not use this company. Please please go somewhere else!!!
