    Cass Creek: Most unprofessional gym I’ve ever attended. Nothing is convenient for the customer. Never any cleaning rags available, however the staff will “suspend” your entrance if u don’t wipe a machine down, so make sure to bring ur own cleaning products. Although they advertise tanning, sauna, fitness room. The truths are.. the Suana is only at the Dallas location. The tanning booth is only one and apparently you can only use it for 10min, although it doesn’t have an automatic turn off so if u go longer then 10min.. u guessed it. Membership suspension. Make NO NOISE, and if you are MALE and NOT a Police Officer (which they seem to only cater too) u must keep ur eyes down and do not make contact with anyone or… yup, your membership will be suspended. Terrible unprofessional buisness. A true waste of time energy and money. No wonder mom and pop establishments are dying off when this is how customers are being treated. By the way, a camera directly above the tanning booth? Creepy indeed. I definitely would not recommend this for anyone.. especially a female .

I never have trouble finding what I need for a good workout, and the atmosphere is really positive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to train!

    Eduardo Neves: I was honestly afraid to start CrossFit. As a tired (and pretty out-of-shape) dad, I thought I’d feel out of place or be judged for how far I’d let myself go. But from day one, the community has been incredibly welcoming. Everyone cheers you on, supports you, and makes you feel like you belong, no matter your fitness level. The workouts are challenging but scalable, so you push yourself without feeling like you’re doing something impossible. After 4 weeks, I’ve already lost 10 lbs and feel so much better, both physically and mentally. My only regret is not starting sooner. If you’re on the fence, just go. You won’t regret it.

    Robin Adkins: My friends and I tried Studio Bungee and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED! It was so much fun. We laughed, we worked out, we danced and we broke a sweat and it was just an introduction to Bungee fitness! Our instructor Ray was the bomb and she got “The Moves!” We will be back! I must try the entire fitness routine. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new way to exercise, burn calories, and move your body. I enjoyed every minute and I need double knee replacement.

    Xavier White: I joined after not training for a year. I felt welcome by the coaches and other students on the first day. The gym is kept clean, everyone is respectful, and the environment is beginner friendly. Ive also noticed that the coaches welcome the more advanced students and ensure they can work on their technique no matter whos on the mat. I highly recommend this gym, especially to those who are new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

    Brandon Wilson: PLEASE DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!!! Beware this place is a scam! I cancelled my membership August 8th, 2022. Here we are in August 2024 and I received a collection letter in the mail. This Ken guy is unprofessional and lacks common sense to be the “Owner”. Hope this place falls to the ground for all the people they try to scam out of hundreds of dollars.
