1 /5 Brian & Jeannie Williams: Extremely slow in paying death benefit. My father died on 9/6/21 and its 3/4/22 and they still havent paid the $5000 death benefit. They were called a month ago and they said it would be paid within 30 days and it still hasnt been paid. Had another policy with another company for $7000, it paid with two weeks. If youre late on your premium payment, which we never were in the 26 years we had the policy, Im sure you would hear about it. It was hard enough losing my dad, now I get weekly calls from the funeral home wondering when payment is going to be made. Stay far away from this company!! Save your family the heartache.
