1 /5 Cheryl Ziegler: Our family has been attempting to receive benefits of under $15k from this company for months. They do not have any concept of how to appropriately utilize a small estate affidavit and take FOREVER to respond when you contact them.

They say its for all the incidental costs you incur with having cancer, but they didnt pay you until you were just about done with your treatment and after his bout with cancer was over and they had paid some, they decided to cancel our policy with no chance of reinstatement! I would NEVER recommend this company.

1 /5 Brian & Jeannie Williams: Extremely slow in paying death benefit. My father died on 9/6/21 and its 3/4/22 and they still havent paid the $5000 death benefit. They were called a month ago and they said it would be paid within 30 days and it still hasnt been paid. Had another policy with another company for $7000, it paid with two weeks. If youre late on your premium payment, which we never were in the 26 years we had the policy, Im sure you would hear about it. It was hard enough losing my dad, now I get weekly calls from the funeral home wondering when payment is going to be made. Stay far away from this company!! Save your family the heartache.
