1 /5 Crystal Rhoden: We have had nothing but problems with this bank. Got our debit cards and didn’t work. The wait to get help is always long. Had to go to the branch took them 45 minutes they said it was fixed. Still didn’t work. Try to call and it just keeps you on hold for ever. Have to go into the branch for every little thing. My husband still hasnt been able to use his debit!

4 /5 Danielle Whitaker: Ms Natasha Jones got the job done for us!! We just opened our business account here, and the process was not smooth at all (technology issues and some misinformation mostly). The folks here were very friendly and stuck with us, but SRP needs to support their front line people better and give them more of what they need to support the members.
