2 /5 Nat Jamison: I got charged 150 to submit 2 W-2s. They didnt ask about anything else didnt try to get me any credits. Theyre nice people but wasnt worth it at all.

Then Diane lost all my paperwork for Offer in compromise in her computer and never told me, Paid up front took almost 4 years to get an offer in compromise finally submitted to IRS. Very hard to get a hold off Diane Rarely returns calls. If not for Jacquelyn it would have never gotten done, Another great Lady. Diane not so much
