Robins Financial Credit Union - Robins Air Force Base Ken Angel: I would give zero stars if I could. Wanted to open a new account but didn’t have SS Card. I live on base, 2 minutes away and said I would grab it and come right back, which would put me at 3:50 returning. Kim stated that if 4:00 came, it wouldn’t matter where we were in the process of setting up an account for my son, I would have to leave. It’s obvious she wanted to leave right at 4, and I get that. However, if I’m there before 4, I should receive the same service regardless. Having worked many years in customer service, I was shocked to hear her say that. Do not let lazy people handle your money. Kim is lazy. Therefore, do not let Kim handle your money.
