5 /5 Jessie Driggers: I have been a member of this gym for three months and normally work out there at least 3 times per week. The equipment works as it should and there is a wide selection of weight machines that will exercise almost every muscle group. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

1 /5 S B: Signed up for a single month of membership with a verbal agreement to not continue after the initial month. Signed up for 1 on 1 personal training sessions with the gym manager. Manager failed to meet me, without notification, on three separate occasions. Also charged for the following month of membership without consulting me first.

1 /5 Josabeth Nava: Nice place, but the trash bins are always full and the paper towel dispenser empty most of the time. I tried to cancel or replace my card and the owner doesn’t answer I think she got mad and blocked me. I’m paying and I can’t even use the gym because I don’t have a card and she won’t answer me at all!! I saw a similar review, I emailed and called almost everyday, also I left messages on her voice mail and still no reply. Really unprofessional and petty of her part. Where can I call? As I’m reading the reviews it’s been 5 years and it still hasn’t improved like promised.

1 /5 Quinn Harris: If have given it a better review if they didnt guilt trip you when you try to cancel. Also they have a dress code, which is unposted but they enforce. Also, the snap fitness franchise is a bunch of scammers, they make your membership continue for 2 months after you cancel. Money stealers!
