I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my recent inquiry about potential representation. I reached out over 10 days ago and can see my email was opened, yet I have not received any reply.
If your firm is not interested in taking my case, a brief response stating so would have been appreciated. A simple, two-minute reply would have shown professionalism and respect for my time.
Being left without any response comes across as unprofessional and does not reflect well on the firm. Clear and timely communication is an important part of client relations, and unfortunately, that has been lacking in my experience.
