1 /5 MW&KT: Recently contacted and spoke with Jennifer about looking into possible mortgage options. At first, she was nice and courteous. I asked if she could just do a soft pull on my credit at the moment as I am very careful about my credit being pulled after I’ve worked so hard to rebuild my credit over the years. She stated they could do that. She sent me a email with a link to fill out an application. I submitted the application on a Monday. Tuesday afternoon, I sent her a text message and asked her if she by chance had a status on things. No answer back. By Wednesday noon, I had not heard any word on anything still. I texted her again, and still didn’t hear from her. By Wednesday late afternoon I sent her another text message asking her the status of things. She said she was in a class and had been very busy and would run the application that night. Thursday, I finally received a text message back from her that afternoon asking to give her a call to go over the numbers. Called, no answer. Left voicemail. I also sent her a text in response to please call me. As of Monday Evening, I still have not heard anything back from her. It appears that she is too busy or this location is too busy to help me and for my business. I’ll take it somewhere else where someone is willing to help me.
