1 /5 Lauren C: I received several bills that did not make sense due to the fact that I have insurance. When I spoke with the representative last week, she was unable to explain why. After requesting a supervisor to explain the situation in detail, I was very frustrated. Instead of bringing all the parties together to figure out why it was happening, the supervisor told me I was being difficult. I wish she would put the pumpkin pie down and pick up customer service skills. After walking out, I started to think if this is how they treat people who want to pay bills, I feel sorry for the people who request help and are unable to pay. If you are looking for an explanation of your bills, you will not find the answer. The supervisor does not know how they bill, could not explain anything related to the bill, and was unable to explain how the insurance bills in relation to appointment.
