Anais: I was a loyal customer but the owner has made me change my mind. i bought a 14k chain and bracelet set from them a few months ago and that service wasn’t that great, but i went back to get it appraised for today’s price, they would not tell me a price and claimed it was 10k, then they would not test my earrings to see if it was real gold, which im sure they are because i bought them from a jeweler and they cost me a pretty penny. overall i did not feel like the owner wanted to help. the young ladies there were sweet, but the owner completely looked over my needs and i felt rushed out the store. will not be back.
