Union Credit Corporation - Albany Marquia Collier: If I could give zero stars I would!! They have horrible customer service and theyre extremely rude. When I called to pay my balance IN FULL on a Friday, I was advised to call back at 5:30p for my confirmation number .. When their business hours are 8a-5:30p. When I called back today to get my confirmation number it was as if they did not want to give it to me, and they were rude AGAIN!
