5 /5 Christy Dunn: I recently relocated to the area and after trying a few gyms, I’m so glad I found Georgia Personal Training at Roswell Fitness Factory. It has the welcoming feel of a small gym but all the equipment you’d expect from a larger one. I train with Mel, who keeps me motivated, and the owner and trainers are always friendly and encouraging. Great atmosphere all around!

5 /5 Natalie Weathers: This review is long overdue. Matt has been the best Trainer I’ve ever had. I genuinely enjoy every workout and I look forward to it. It’s an investment, and so worth it. Matt is amazing as a trainer, and I’ve learned that I can do way more than I ever thought I could physically. It’s been a huge confidence booster. The facility is amazing, full of equipment, never super packed and always clean. It’s a great environment and I can’t recommend enough.

I signed up for a training program with Cade and wish I had started years ago. I highly recommend Cade and this gym.

5 /5 Nalini Kataria: Recently discovered this hidden gem "Gym" — so close to home, clean, and has everything I need. I love the 24/7 access. Lot so different equipment which is well maintained. A special shoutout to Matt and Cade — excellent trainers who truly care. They’re personable, friendly, and go beyond just workouts. They offer real advice on nutrition, healthy habits, and are genuinely invested in your progress. Highly recommend if youre looking for a supportive fitness community with expert guidance!

5 /5 Sean Regan: Very solid gym. I wish there were more like it. Fair membership price, clean, and a solid selection of real workout equipment you don’t see at other gyms. Matt (owner) has multiple pull up bars, a rowing machine, a Roman chair, a free squat rack and a sled. You can’t get that stuff at all gyms. This is not a corporate gym thrown together by ignorant people who want to make profit. The owner knows fitness, he knows what equipment works and he exercises there. There’s also an open room where you can go do deadlifts or clean jerks, stretch or whatever. They hold exercise classes frequently but that doesn’t take up too much space. No drama, no crowds, 24 hours, cancel anytime. You can workout as hard as you want everything is there.
