Western Union - Douglas jonas Yarberry: Terrible phone etiquette, basically non-existent. “Wad’up” is not an acceptable way to address a costumers call/inquiry. A simple transfer question about the recipient being turned away because money was too high was met with, “you have to come to store and talk to manager”... I’m 3000 miles away dingus, how about you put him on the line! No resolution or apathy followed by abruptly hanging up on me.
Totally unacceptable, never again.
