    Kimberley Gillespie: My mother has had insurance with is company for over 30 years. She is 73 years old and this company refuses to give her cheaper insurance. She is retired and a lung cancer survivor of one year. They were called once by her and once by me her daughter to lower her policy. She goes to her church that is less than a mile from her home and to the grocery store. The lady I talked to told me that that was the lowest policy they had which isnt true because now she has new full coverage from another car insurance company paying now $120 cheaper than with Shelter, this tells me that anything is possible but they refuses to my mother. I hate when companies try to get over on older people this is sad. You lost a client that has been with you for over 30 years and this is how Shelter Insurance treat their senior citizens and they didnt care about her at all. I normally dont write reviews but trying to take advantage of an old lady on an fixed income is unacceptable. This company treat their new clients like royalty and forget about those that have help kept them in business for years. Check your coverage with Shelter insurance in Chattanooga on Hwy 58.
