Sheila Ivie: The front receptionist is always polite and very nice understanding Update as Oct 28 2022 they have gotten shady and over priced on car insurance we had to shop Around ended up finding car insurance for half the price we canceled before it was due and they still sent a prorated bill of 240$ said if we dont pay the bill they will send it to collections even with us being insured else where and canceled was before it was do ps shop around for car insurance only giving 1 stars because the receptionist is a So I got to the bank at 9am today Im still here so apparently #GeorgiaFarmBureau canceled my home owners without contacting us the payments have always been on time truist pays them from what we pay them monthly farm bureau claims they sent a 35$ membership renewal get this back on April 2023 yet they wait till February 12 2024 to cancel the home owners not notify us so the bank dropped the ball and we just got the notice last night stating we havent had insurance on the house sense February 12 its now March 20th but yet the bank put the checks in escrow because farm bureau refused to take the payments due to them neglecting contact us nor the bank about a 35$ membership renewal fee 19 years never missing payments never late with the insurance nor house payments ... dont use #farmbureau both businesses is at fault really ... 19 almost 20 years of being a client means nothing to farm bureau
