1 /5 dillard haze: Toured this gym about 3 years ago and my review was deleted so I’ll summarize it. Wanted to tour the gym but door was locked. Called and was told by the worker to come by in a hour. I was in the parking lot. Worker says on the call “oh you were the one at the door?” So he saw me and didn’t open to door. I’m not waiting a hour on my day off because you are busy with a “client” finally was let in and the worker was short and rude to me saying he was still with his client. I only waited about 30 mins in my car. Toured it and was already getting the vibe it was not the best environment. The back rooms where the bathrooms were didn’t have AC and it was summer time so it was hot. Again this experience was 3 years ago so maybe the AC is fixed and the management is better.

1 /5 Savannah Huskey: never get a membership here. they will steal your money. my husband’s membership should be expired by now but not only are they still charging us, they’re charging us DOUBLE the amount they were charging when he was actually using the gym!!

4 /5 Scott Page: I was a member for several years, The overall quality of the gym and equipment is good. They have added some new equipment each year. The elliptical machines could use an update especially the XLs for tall people. This is more of a self service 24 hr type gym you typically wont see the owners or speak to anyone when you visit.

1 /5 D “Dubuddy12”: I’ve had several issues with this company. They claim to represent Christian values but they always try to get extra money out of me. Let me explain, I’ve asked them in the past to place my account on hold. They always delay a month or two until I say something. Then recently I’ve called and gone up to the gym numerous times. Never can get anyone to answer nor are they there. I’ve emailed numerous times and got one response back. I then ask to cancel my membership and they ghosted me. I know several others who have had similar experiences. I just want my account canceled. Update I left a letter on the desk stating I want it cancelled. I also sent several emails to your email when you reached out to me. You haven’t responded hence why I wrote this review. You also didn’t sign me up and go over the contract. It was the gentleman who is one of the trainers. I told you I work overseas so now I’m no longer home. I wish to cancel my contract like I requested numerous times via email that you have chosen not to respond to. You also didn’t initially state that the hold was for 6 months until after I was charged again and brought it to your attention.

3 /5 Joshua Behrends: Good people, great equipment! Had a hard time after moving away however to get anyone to help me cancel my accounts here. 2 separate occasions I called and when a person answered and I requested to end my membership they hung up. Still recommend the place however. Excellent setup. If needing to cancel however perhaps do so in person before moving.
