I always thought working out was complicated and I knew so little about the equipment. This gym has no judgement and doesn’t mind showing you how to use something and the correct way of doing it. And the nice tanning beds is also a treat. It’s the only gym my husband will let me go to alone because he knows it is safe for me.

In addition to my personal training sessions with Jennifer, which are personally tailored to my non-existent fitness capabilities, I take advantage of multiple yoga, Pilates and dance fitness classes. I enjoy all of the instructors and appreciate their challenging workouts. The sauna and the hydro chairs are a wonderful bonus. Every single staff member has been friendly and accommodating. I am having the time of my life here and think everyone should be able to experience what I’m able to experience at Crunch Fitness Highly recommend it

Alvaro Sanchez: Couldn’t help but feel locked in training here. This gym has an awesome array of equipment. What drew me to the gym was the Pannata smith machines they have. That being said, they have a lot of awesome specialty equipment that is in wonderful condition. The staff are very friendly, equipment selection seems limitless (plenty of machines I’ve never used before), facilities are clean. Easy 5 stars and honestly the best gym in metro Atlanta.

The Club - St Simons Island

Vinay Khurana: An amazing facility one of the best Ive been too. They have everything here and pricing is so reasonable. Great coaches, workouts and staff. Angela owner has a tremendous heart for people too, helped me when I needed it most, an amazing person. This place treats you like family.
