2 /5 Azn Glo: Quick and efficient when it comes to giving you the check/loan, but has piss poor management when it is time to pay the loan. They apparently work their payments through a third party system that only updates when THEY decide to update it. If the payment date falls on a day the office is not operating, the system will not update. The company is more or less too incompetent to update ahead of time like any other paying system (paychecks, utilities, credit cards, etc.). The manager at the Lawrenceville branch was very rude when I called to speak with him about the issue regarding their poor management and his superior, though more polite, was not too helpful himself. Once our loan is paid off, they will not be getting any other business from our family.

1 /5 SUZAN ROSS: This is the most horrible experience I have had. This locations employees are nice when you are obtaining funding, but everything falls apart once things are completed. Last year, an agent upset me so bad the way he spoke with me that it lead me to tears. Currently, I have been trying for 2 days to obtain a payoff quote and no one is helpful. The longer it takes the more my payoff will be. There is no other option to use for the payoff other than the local office. It is maddening. I will be so glad when I pay this loan off. I will never use them again.

4 /5 The Yoga Chick: Nice employees with an easy and straightforward process. Also its no penalty to pay your loan off early so I was able to pay extra with each payment to lower my overall balance. May be a good option if you find yourself in a financial bind.

1 /5 Niecey Holmes: I have done business with this company for 3 years at another branch. This is my first time calling here. Today I spoke with Vincent. He was (polite and professional ) but unable to help so he asked Zack. Zack was unprofessional, cut me off when I spoke, belittled me and showed no sign of professionalism. It’s Friday so maybe he was ready to get off of work but he spoke down to me and treated me like a child. Like I was bothering him and he didn’t want to talk. He put me on hold when I questioned his behavior. Instead of waiting I called back and spoke with Vanessa (the manager). Vanessa was professional, jovial, helpful and understanding! I am just a bit surprised that the other representatives that I spoke with at this branch were professional, and Zach was the exact opposite of that definition. Zack is a senior representative which makes me think he either outlasted the other guys or he used to be really good at his job. To be honest everyone is entitled to a bad day. Maybe he just had a bad day today. in customer service positions. It is unacceptable to allow your bad day to spill onto mine. I was very polite and respectful as I am to anyone I speak to. I could not believe the way Zack handled me and I hope that their corporate office reviews this. I am happy to provide additional feedback, and I will be providing this directly to their regional VP Don Geimer , this is unacceptable and I would let it go if he wasn’t so smug and his responses was not professional and he was not polite. This is the south Zack! We show manners, we have good customer service, and if you need a moment take your moment, but don’t take it out on me.
