1 /5 Kenneth Bailey: I feel like the bank itself is okay, but the service is horrible. First of all I sat in lobby one day waiting for service while the employees just walked around and talked and walked pass me, I also observed two young boys who were obviously scared to speak up get skipped past as well. But what really ticked me off is I brought in direct deposit papers for my loan payments to be taken out of one day then boom damn 30 days laters I get a call saying my loan is 30 days late and I never brought in a direct deposit form , then the smart alic robin goes to say “ oh your loan has to be current for that to happen” I WANTED TO CUSS SO BAD BECAUSE MY LOAN WAS CURRENT I have never missed a payment so I don’t even know what he was insinuating. Why did it even take 30 days to receive a call just no care in the world didn’t even receive an apology. I do not bank here anymore, definitely a 0/10 join a credit union much better.

Tabitha: The Evans, Georgia branch has the worst customer service. The “office manager” is the worst. It’s the lack of professionalism that does it for me. I was told by her that no one is above her and I can only deal with her…and then she hangs up on me. They tack on fees to your loan without your knowledge and then get an attitude when you discover the fees and want them removed. Paying triple the amount of the loan back to one main should be enough…but clearly it’s not. I would not recommend this company, especially the Evans, Georgia branch to anyone. Someone needs to school the “office manager” on professional etiquette.

Update: Generic responses to direct a customer to wait in long hold lines to solve a single customers grievance does not address the toxic banking culture of arbitrarily pulling money from customers through hidden fees while still claiming to support service members
