(Throat goat bttm): I was very disappointed with the "help" that I never received about a problem I encountered with their ATM machine that shutdown in the middle of my transaction Saturday afternoon.. no problem with the card whatsoever. Im at the bank before it opens and they shred my card. my direct express card used to deposit SSI payments.. I dont want to hear about their policy again please
5 /5 Anthony Parker: The employees that helped me open my business accounts were very helpful, patient, and respectful. I would definitely recommend opening a business account with regions. The customer service was great and the details of the account are the best I have researched out of about 5 or 6 mid-size banks such as Truist.

5 /5 Mary Sowell: We entered the bank at minutes til closing time. The young woman who helped us solve our problem was smart and knew her business but she was also very kind and patient with two older people who needed her help. We never felt rushed or that we were a problem. She took her time explaining what she was doing to help. I wish I could remember her name. This was in the Millen, Ga. Branch Friday afternoon just before 5PM. Wonderful Service!
