All the ladies in the office have been professional, kind and respectful. Because I have been doing business with them for so long, they always ask me how Im doing, how are the kids and my family. They have been apart of my life. They are not just a business, they are like family. Im one that always forgets my due date. They call and give me a friendly reminder. There have been times that I have not been able to pay on time, and they always work with me without judgment. The office is always clean. They will continue to have my business for life.

The manager Becky is always professional, very friendly and always does everything she can to accomodate customers. Tabby is always professional and willing to help customers as well. Ive never felt as though they were judging me. Ive never noticed a smell or uncomfortable temperatures in that office. I would and have recommended this company to friends and others. Mark Madgwick: Shanika or Shaquita was incredibly rude. I was trying to ask general questions and she cut me off multiple times and told me that I can talk to corprate. Because she failed to listen she misunderstood that I was just trying to ask how the process works. I called at 5:15 they close at 5:30. I understand it was late but it doesn’t take long to explain the process. She said she was trying o argue with me and hung up. When I called again to ask for management assistance she claimed they weren’t their but then put me on the phone with one. I’ve never done a google review in my life so for the first time and this is what it ends up being. Worst customer service from someone I’ve ever talked to. McDonald’s did better than her customer service. Service like that makes you not want to do business. Call it a me problem but in the end that will cost their company money if they don’t train and discipline staff like that. Despite how difficult and rude you think a customer might be you kill them with kindness and definitely don’t hang up because your lack of maturity and handling your emotions.

Jermaine Peters: Nice professional people. They are open 24 hours except on Sundays and some Saturdays. That matters because of limited space. If you show up before 0630 on those days you may have to leave and return. The shipping office isnt open. They dont have enough space for trucks to line up and wait. And they dont want them on the street.
