5 /5 Barbara Delong: I wish I could give them a 10/10 review.. I understand everyone has their own opinion and view but this is a REAL&HONEST review. This is our third car from them and let me tell yall COMMUNICATION & HONESTY goes along way with them … I have had to reschedule payments and just did a refinance to make my payment lower but they have been nothing but accommodating and understanding!!! Mary is truly the best and will definitely be getting our next car with them once we pay on ours more .. and please keep in mind when purchasing any USED car it might not be perfect.. if your looking for perfect buy a new car .

4 /5 Jessica Sims: UPDATE!! After 3 weeks without my car, they finally came to a decision to help. My car is still in the shop & they gave me a rental car. I am very grateful they were finally willing to help. It took a lot of arguing and not backing down, but I am appreciative. Financed a car thru ready finance using top line auto. I’ve had the car 3 months & the transmission has went out in it. They offered to front me $1600 which I would have to pay back. Making my payment go from $600 a month to $800 a month. Keep in mind the $1600 wouldn’t even cover half the cost of the repair. They offered me no other solutions. I do not recommend getting a vehicle from top line auto or using ready finance. Such a disappointment as I really loved the car.

1 /5 Tammy Graham: First of all I bought a car from them drove all the way to Gainesville to pick up the car got the car back to Atlanta The car was a 2013 now these people know when they sold me the car it was a lemon I had the car for 3 months and then motor done went out on it and they really think Im going to pay them a payment every other week when they dont even want to fix the car they want me to come out of pocket of $1,500 for the car I parked that s*** in my dang on driveway and its been there ever since they can come tow it whatever they need to do but I would not get these people another dime how somebody mess up a motor in 3 months they know exactly what they was doing when they sold me that car and dont want to get it fixed but want to send me a thing every other Tuesday payment know Im not paying them a dime not one red cent ,and if I need to take it to court if they put it on my credit report I will take it to court and hire me attorney cuz they know better I aint have no problem with the car until I start driving it and when I drove that car it was cool that man want to blame it on me tell him I messed up the car how I mess up the car at only 3 months when they sold me that car it had all types of problems engine going out head gasket power steering brakes messed up front brake all type of stuff I suggest yall bring a mechanic with yall before yall purchase one of their cars I am so disappointed in these people I went right to Toyota and got me a brand new car baby and left that piece of junk car parked right in front of my house and whenever they decide to come get it they can get it Im not answering none of their phone calls Im not doing nothing come get it and report or whatever yall need to do I dont care, it was nothing but a lemon, I have been talking to attorneys about this matter, didnt offer to reimburse me put me in another car they didnt want to help at all these people is terrible Jesse is the worst one he not going to respond he not going to answer your calls do not waste your money Go to Toyota or American cars or park cars Dont go to ready finance poor quality of cars and the people dont care about you All they want is that money but wait till they dont get them payments Im going to be laughing my butt off

5 /5 Kelly Shirley: I have been with Ready Finance for almost a year now and I absolutely love their customer service. Any issue I have encountered has been dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. I definitely recommend Ready Finance for all your vehicle needs.
