1 /5 John Smith: Change briefs as you should and at shift change! Im here 365 looking out for my mom! If its not for Jessica and a couple nurses I would feel safer in a concentration camp! The problems I walked in on today was reported to the Nurse on night shift! Not changing many times soiled briefs is not only sanitary concerns, its also health concerns! Please do better! When i tell you my moms phone was silenced and I hear the people on my moms phone talking. Dont close out the complaint as it was no one involved at the times I stated on the grievance report!

2 /5 SauceBy DaPound: We sent our Mother to Pruitt months ago and she seems to like it. It was a fast process too transition her, maybe a little too fast bc there was a little information that wasn’t communicated good. It seems like an okay facility other than the horrible smell of urine and feces and understaffed and some rooms are too crowded. I know this is an old building but it does need an overhaul and deep cleaning.

4 /5 Claudia Cottingham: I was a little disappointed with the age and not many updates to the building. Smell could be a little better. There is only I outlet in the room that serves up to 2 people. Staff is very nice and helpful! My guy said food is ok. PT staff members are very on it.

5 /5 Shacole Be: Great facility, amazing staff, great with the community, and always very helpful with any questions I have. My aunt loves the staff and activities they get to participate in every day.
