Decided to stop talking about it and go inside and see what it was all about. Noah one of the personal trainers came right up to me he answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable and made me believe that I could do CrossFit. So I joined up and have been going for about two months now. All the people up there were so welcoming really made me feel like I was part of the family. All the trainers are top notch and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anybody to go join CrossFit South Atlanta. Sure glade I did!
