5 /5 Toy Douglas: This is the only bank for me. I receive the greatest service, everyone is so kind and helpful. It actually feel great to walk in and be spoken to by name. The drive through is and has been so wonderful. Thank you Prime South

2 /5 Old Guy: The ONLY thing wrong with this bank is their hours. Do they not know people work until 5??? Close your lobby at 4 and the drive through at 4:30??? Hopefully someone who can change this will read this. That’s why I’m giving you 2 stars instead of five. I have to take time off to get to the bank on time??? Stupid and not customer friendly.

2 /5 B G: Beware they charge $32 TO CHANCEL A CHECK!!! Told me other banks are higher. Hearing that I called my other bank (Wells Fargo), THEY DONT CHARGE ANYTHING! Considering closing my account, not that I have to cancel many checks. But really what else are they going to start charging the moon for? Not the only bank in town!
