5 /5 Jenna Stover: I filed my taxes with PAT this year and last year, and the process is always smooth. If I dont understand something, they talk me through it. Also, Anthony is very quick to reply to my emails whether they are for a tax return or just a general tax-related inquiry.

After having our taxes done with this family for 25 years and all of their personal attention; I called to make an appointment today and was told that if we wanted to meet face to face with Heather that it would be an additional $100. Now changing to drop off mainly with a possible 2 week turn around. I hate that we are probably going to have look for a new business. After 25 years this breaks my heart!
