5 /5 Perry Swope: Put simply, I cannot say enough good about my experience with Malia and her firm. I , as an out of stater, was accused (and guilty of) an excessive speeding infraction in rural GA that could well have resulted in very serious consequences. I would typically have taken my lumps, but was advised to retain an attorney. My faith was well placed as Malia negotiated a more than fair guilty plea and reduced charge and fines (negating the potential for reckless driving and/or losing my license) and represented me in absentia as well.
