Access Financial - Fayetteville Honey Hatcher: The accountant, Charlene, electronically filed my taxes on time but received a rejection from the IRS. She did not follow up with the IRS and she did not alert me to the rejection. Fast forward 5 months later I call the IRS and they tell me they havent recevied my 2016 taxes. The IRS says its the accountants fault because she didnt follow up and that I will be charged fees and penalties, I call the accountant and let her know what the IRS said and she tells me I wont incur any penalties and fees and that I need to mail them in, so I did. 2 months later the IRS sends the taxes back because of the signature so I call the accountant again. I tell her i can come to her office in a couple hours and she tells me she is busy and she will see what she can do. She suggests mailing them to me for a charge. I ask her why she is charging me when it is her fault that Im late and she says she cant deal with me right now and SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME! Unbelievable what unprofessionally poor customer service she has provided.
