1 /5 Jordan Carlie: The kings of never answering the phone. Kings of leaving for hours at a time. Kings of leaving town all together with just a note on the door that says “took a vacation”. You would think that an authorized firearm dealer AND TRANSFEROR would put something on their website letting people know not to ship firearms there for the time being but NO. Now my guns are getting shipped alllll the way back to the factory. I know for a fact thousands of dollars worth of firearms were sent back to the manufacturers, Shooting competitions missed, hunting trips missed, etc all because they refuse to answer the phone when present and PROPERLY inform their “customers.” Will not be purchasing or transferring anymore firearms through them…EVER.

5 /5 Daniel Forbes: Wasn’t notified on the store being closed for about a week. I went to go pay my pawn off today and noticed a note on the door saying they were closed from around July 12, 2024 to about July 18th or 19th. My maturity date is July 17th. I don’t want to only pay the interest. I want to go ahead and get my balance to zero so I can get my gaming system. But only paying interest is the only option on the app. I just hope I could get a little more time because I have a busy schedule and normally don’t get off work until they close.
