1 /5 Rut Correa-Pabon: Very disappointed with the assistant manager SUSAN. Tonight I went to buy some beers and my husband (who is 52) went with me but forgot his wallet at home, my husband was actually caring the beers because they were heavy and the lady named SUSAN ask for both of us ID were I replied I’m the one who’s gonna paid, then she proceeded to tell us that is Parker’s Policy ask for whoever is buying liquor and accompanying the other even if is not gonna pay to ask for ID. (That doesn’t make sense) Well I went home and my husband decided to stay home (he was disappointed at this moment because we see the issue of us being Hispanic) well I went back and when I was getting closer to the cashier the lady started to shake her head saying NO!! I asked her why? She replied because she has 20 cameras watching and already saw me walking we my husband earlier where I replied that he was not with me. She continues and says I can’t and keep shaking her head side by side. So I ask for her manager and she replied I AM THE ASSISTANT MANAGER AND BY THE WAY MY NAME IS SUSAN IN A CALM A RACIST WAY. Well someone else went and got the beers and she didn’t even ask for ID. So I see that all the issue was that we were looking Hispanic. The sad part is that this is my only store where I get gas for all my 4 vehicles all the time, I made several purchases during the week because my kids also love PARKER’s but, I WON’T GO BACK! Customer service is very POOR. If this is actually a policy this needs to be addressed immediately so costumers can know, because from so many times that I have been in this store never had any issues.
