1 /5 Shelby Moody: Had a very bad experience with this jewelry store. Sales associate told my husband that returns were accepted before he bought me a gift from them because he was unsure if I would like it. When he gave it to me, the ring was not my style and I wanted to return it. When we went to return it, we noticed the receipt said no returns which was confirmed when we went into the store. However, every communication received up to the point of the sale was that returns would be accepted. The only communication that said no returns was at the bottom of the receipt after money had been exchanged. There are also no signs in the store stating that returns are not accepted. Just simply bad business and lying on the part of the sales associate.
