I have had to call multiple times to get HUD Statements and had to call multiple times to get updates and closing times . Usually a closing attorney in my area keeps you updated and you don’t have to ask for closing times and also hud statements before closing . Communication is the key and my seller and I have not been happy in this attorneys office compared to other attorneys we have closed at .

Alana Williams: To my surprise, I received a subpoena in my PO box to produce records from this law group. I called to inquire and was met with a rude secretary and an even ruder attorney. Bethany Lavigno was extremely condescending when I asked for instructions and clarity on the information she needed. She even threatened me with jail time if I failed to comply. Im no criminal and her attitude was horrible. I would never recommend her law firm based on the interaction I had with them.
